ChurchRide is a cloud-based transport coordination platform for churches and religious organisations. It is operated by FID Integrated Services ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, joining as a church member, or using any part of the ChurchRide platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you are signing up on behalf of a church or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
ChurchRide is intended for:
You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The person who registers a church ("Church Admin") is responsible for:
ChurchRide provides software tools only. We do not verify driver licences, vehicle insurance, or any legal compliance of your transport operations. That responsibility rests entirely with the Church Admin and the church organisation.
Drivers using ChurchRide agree to:
ChurchRide displays member pickup locations to assist with route planning. Drivers must use a mounted device or have a co-pilot for navigation. FID Integrated Services accepts no liability for accidents or incidents during any bus run.
ChurchRide is offered on a subscription basis. Plans and pricing are displayed on the pricing page and the in-app upgrade page.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You agree not to use ChurchRide to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice.
Your church's data (member records, booking history, run data) belongs to your organisation. We process it on your behalf as a data processor under UK GDPR.
You may export your data at any time (Pro plan). Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export.
Admin-Initiated Member Deletion:
Church Administrators can permanently delete a member from their church account at any time from the Members dashboard. This action removes all associated data — including the member profile, booking history, pickup stops, notifications, and messages — from the database immediately. This deletion is irreversible and the data cannot be recovered. The deleted member would need to re-register with the church join code to rejoin.
Admins can also edit member details (full name, phone number, pickup address, and admin notes) directly from the Members dashboard. When an admin updates a member's pickup address, GPS coordinates are automatically re-calculated to keep route planning accurate. Admins can also remove individual stops from active or scheduled runs when a member has booked the wrong bus or needs to be removed from a specific route.
We aim to keep ChurchRide available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FID Integrated Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of ChurchRide. This includes but is not limited to: transport incidents, missed pickups, data loss, or loss of business.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by your church in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to ChurchRide at any time if:
You may delete your church account at any time from Admin Settings. Individual member accounts can be permanently deleted by the Church Admin from the Members dashboard — this removes all associated data and cannot be undone. Members may also request account deletion by contacting us directly.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify Church Admins by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
